What We Offer
Our Services
Expert physiotherapy services tailored to your body, your goals and your stage of recovery — delivered in clinic or in your home.
Dry Needling
Dry needling uses fine, sterile needles to target tight bands of muscle. It reduces pain, releases muscle tension, and improves movement and function. It is commonly used for neck and back pain, headaches, sports injuries, and persistent muscle tightness, and is typically combined with exercise and manual therapy for lasting results.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy uses gentle suction cups placed on the skin to lift and decompress soft tissue. This increases local blood flow, ease muscle tightness, and reduces discomfort. It is often used as part of a broader treatment plan for muscular tension, stiffness, and recovery from physical activity.

Clinical Pilates
A physiotherapist-led individualised, low-impact Pilates on mat, tailored to build deep core control, flexibility, and posture. It suits people recovering from injury, managing back or neck pain, or looking to improve movement quality and prevent future problems.

Gait Analysis
Our gait analysis assesses how you walk or run, identifying movement patterns, asymmetries, and biomechanical factors that may contribute to pain or injury. Findings guide targeted exercise, footwear advice, and treatment strategies to improve efficiency, reduce strain, and support your performance and everyday activity.
Post-Operative Rehabilitation
Safe, structured rehabilitation after surgery is essential for a successful recovery. We design progressive programs that restore movement, strength, and function while respecting your surgeon's guidelines and healing timeframes. We support clients after procedures such as joint replacements, ligament reconstructions, and fracture repairs, guiding you from early recovery through to returning to the activities you enjoy.
Tailored Exercise Programs
Every body and goal is different. Following a thorough assessment, your physiotherapist will develop an individualised exercise program to address your specific needs, whether that is managing pain, building strength, improving mobility, or preparing for sport or work. Programs are progressed over time and adjusted as you improve.
Whiplash Management
Whiplash injuries can cause neck pain, stiffness, headaches, and reduced movement following a car accident or sudden impact. Our approach combines education, hands-on treatment, and graded exercise to settle symptoms, restore neck mobility and strength, and support a confident return to daily activities.

Paediatric Physiotherapy
Our paediatric physiotherapy services support infants, children, and adolescents with developmental, musculoskeletal, and sporting concerns. Treatment is play-based and family-focused, helping children build strength, coordination, and movement skills while empowering parents and carers with practical strategies to use at home.

Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
Pelvic health physiotherapy addresses conditions affecting the bladder, bowel, pelvic floor, and sexual function. We provide sensitive, evidence-based care for issues such as incontinence, urgency, prolapse, pelvic pain, and pregnancy and postnatal concerns, in a private environment.

Pelvic Floor Muscle Training
The pelvic floor muscles support the bladder, bowel, and pelvic organs. Our physiotherapists provide a thorough assessment and teach you to correctly strengthen, coordinate, or relax these muscles as needed. Training can help with leakage, prolapse symptoms, pelvic pain, and recovery after childbirth or surgery, and is tailored to your individual needs.

Pessary Prescription
A pessary is a removable silicone support device placed in the vagina to manage pelvic organ prolapse and/or urinary incontinence. Our trained physiotherapist assess suitability, fits the most appropriate device, and provides education on its use and care, with ongoing follow-up to ensure comfort and effectiveness. It is a non-surgical option that can significantly improve symptoms and quality of life.

Caesarean Section (C-Section) Recovery
Recovery after a caesarean birth involves healing from major abdominal surgery while caring for a newborn. We offer gentle guidance on scar care, safe movement, pelvic floor and core reconnection, and gradual return to exercise. Our goal is to support your healing, reduce discomfort, and help you regain strength and confidence at a pace that suits you.

Abdominal Separation (Diastasis Recti)
Abdominal separation is a widening of the gap between the abdominal muscles, commonly occurring during or after pregnancy. Following an assessment, we provide a tailored program of safe exercises, movement strategies, and education to restore core control and function, reduce back and pelvic discomfort, and help you return to the activities you enjoy.
